Do you accept returns?

No. Returns / refunds are not accepted (unless there is a clear defect). Exchanges are not accepted. All products are made to order. If you are unsure of size, refer to the size chart on the product detail page.

Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?

No. You can continue your purchase as a guest and pay via credit card.

How does shipping work?

Products are currently shipped from Latvia in the EU. Live shipping costs are calculated by the carrier at the checkout page. Products are being shipped to UK + EU (est. delivery time 6 - 10 days) and US + Canada (est. delivery time 10 - 14 days).

What about import duties / customs charges?

Products are currently shipped from Latvia in the EU.

Customers in UK: Orders over £135 coming from the EU will be subject to VAT + customs charges which are payable by the customer. 

Customers in EU: No customs charges are applied as far as I'm aware. Please let me know if this is not the case.

Customers in US + Canada: Sales tax + import duties are payable by customers as per local regulations.
